Initial plan was a pawn shop but that has changed. Since it would need to be rezoned, that plan is changing. No details as of yet. TBD

John will pass along Tim’s details when he can.

Jon Luttrul spoke to Tim R’s admin assistant (Auto Now) and she leaked that Tim would like a car lot there.
