Plans have changed. No longer expanding the pharmacy and adding a drive through. Now they are expanding into the other side and adding a small clinic.

Couple leads for the group:
7525 E. Virginia St. New Tenant – National Youth Advocate Program. Lease should be signed today. They are not planning to open until April 1, 2024.

BMV- Still working on getting this 10 year lease agreement.
Board and Brush- They have decided not to resign lease. Last day will be 3/31. They are located on Theatre Dr. by Columbia Title. This space will be for lease by next week. 1,750sf of retail/office space.
Salon T. – We have a buyer for the business and they will remain at 8211 Bell Oaks. When this deal closes I will pass along new owners name and contact info.
